medicijnenmarkt operates as an unlicensed pharmaceutical marketplace. We do not provide medical advice, prescribe medications, or require prescriptions for any products. All products are sold "as is" for personal or bulk use. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws.

All orders are placed exclusively through WhatsApp. The shopping cart on our site is a convenience tool; the final order is confirmed via direct chat. By sending a pre‑filled order message, you make an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion.

Once an order is accepted, we will provide payment instructions and an estimated shipping date. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and acknowledged by us.

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The currency selector on our site is for reference only; the final conversion rate depends on the payment method agreed upon in the WhatsApp chat.

Payment methods include bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or other mutually agreed methods. Full payment is required before shipment. You are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.

We ship globally using discreet packaging. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are your responsibility.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where the product is proven to be materially different from what was ordered or damaged upon arrival (with photo evidence). Any dispute must be raised via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt.
